The Woodsboro Town Council met today at 7:00 PM in the Fire Hall with the following members present:

Burgess Trimmer, Commissioners Smith, Kline, Brakebill and Morgan.

There was one citizen in attendance.

Burgess Trimmer called the meeting to order.

After review of the November minutes and one correction a motion was passed 4 – 0 to accept them.

After brief review of the financial statement it was decided that Burgess Trimmer inquire on a better interest rate for the money markets. A motion to accept the financial statement was passed 4 – 0.

The Council agreed to move $50,000 from the Water and Sewer checking account into the Water and Sewer money market. Motion passed 4 – 0.

Burgess Trimmer reported on the electrical control panel box that needs to be installed at the pumping station off Creagerstown Road. The Council agreed to proceed forward with the Monacacy Valley Electric contract. Motion passed 4 – 0.

Commissioner Kline opened discussion on the truck traffic on Main Street. He has received many complaints on the matter.
